This product is sold on both Amazon as well as their company website. When analyzing the product\u2019s online sales channels the overall was set up pretty well. With that being said a Chatbot could improve customer interaction and sales. The website only has an FAQ and if you need further guidance then it sends you to a different page to contact someone else which it claims can take at least 24 hours or longer. If someone was about to buy this water bottle but had an emergency question and potentially had to wait longer than 24 hours for a response that might turn people off and they might have already found a different water bottle to buy before they were given a response. So, if there was a chatbot this could potentially speed up that process and provide the customer with an answer that leads them to go ahead and purchase the product. For the chatbot creation, we used Intercom. This was simple but confusing at the same time considering we do not have complete access to the product.
